I spent 15 minutes with Jack trying to figure out why he wanted "purple" juice in his oj cup. Answer? That is the color of the A&E container.

IT'S A BOY!!!!!

I just couldn't wait any longer (and by longer, I mean until May 4th, the date of my 20 week ultrasound) so we went to a prental ultrasound clinic this afternoon :)

National Week of the Young Child 2010

DAY 1: Dress Like What You Want to Be When You Grow Up.

John's first suggestion, "dress him in a suit?" I didn't ask any follow-up questions, but does that mean John hopes Jack is a lawyer someday? Oh no! My suggestion and the ultimate winner (Jack doesn't even own a suit after all): Fireman Halloween Costume. Jack really likes fire trucks right now, so it's fitting, right?

A Good Weekend

Lesson learned. Do not sarcastically ask your 2 year old if they can pull their pants up any higher.

Easter Egg Hunt at Nana and Papa's House

Jack was super lucky this year to have Cousin Tyler to help with the hunt! Papa helped, too! We felt bad for the Oklahoma boys who were standing outside in the brisk (but beautiful) 40 degree weather, but I think he just wanted to get back inside for some carrot cake :)

The Easter Bunny stopped by our house....

...and made a little boy pretty happy on Easter morning!

MORE cars AND baseball and golf stuff! WOW! (he hasn't noticed that his mom may have ate all the candy in his eggs during his nap later that afternoon. What he doesn't know, doesn't hurt him! Shhhhh! :-)

Family, Friends and New Babies!

CONGRATS to the Wallace Family as they welcomed their precious baby girl, Meara Ellene. Doesn't the new mom (and dad!) look fabulous in this picture? I was super jealous!



And, we can't wait to hear from Josh and Amanda as they await the arrival of their baby boy! After all the information they "learned" at their baby shower, I think they are ready for anything :)



And, we love you Uncle Kyle and your bomber jacket that almost fits J-bomb :)
